One God, Two Faiths
In 1979, from the University of Vienna, a lecture titled “Islam and Christianity: Two Faiths, One God” carried a clear message: all revealed religions share one divine source.
It was emphasized that the Quran honors Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary, and that Islam does not view Christianity as a rival faith, but as a partner in the worship of the One God.
The call was for a meeting between Muslim and Christian leaders and thinkers — a meeting that would create affinity between souls and unite efforts for peace, justice, and mutual understanding.
This vision remains a beacon of hope in a world that desperately needs dialogue and cooperation.
